Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Cancellation Policy?2021-07-04T20:34:54+00:00

Reservations made prior to July 31st, 2021, are subject to our pandemic cancellation policy of 24 hours.  Failing to cancel before 3:00 PM, the day prior to your arrival, will result in one night’s stay being charged to your account.

Reservations made after July 31st, 2021, are subject to our normal cancellation policy of seven days.  Failing to cancel (or no-shows) before 3:00 PM, seven days prior to your arrival, will result in one night’s stay being charged to your account.  If you must cancel after that period, please let us know.  If we are able to re-let the room for a stay equal to or longer than your canceled stay with us, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.

Please contact us directly with any additional questions or concerns.

Do I need to be able to climb stairs?2021-05-18T16:57:58+00:00

Our B&B is in a refurbished farmhouse that is over 250 years old.  While most of the infrastructure has been brought up to modern building code (including all of the electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling), you do need to be able to climb stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor, as there are no bedrooms on the first floor.  We apologize to potential guests with disabilities preventing them from being able to climb stairs.

May I take breakfast in my room?2021-03-13T01:12:24+00:00

If you would prefer not to eat downstairs in our lovely dining room, we can bring you breakfast on a tray in your room.  Please let Anh know the night before.

Do you serve any meals besides breakfast?2021-03-13T01:11:47+00:00

Please reach out to Anh directly to discuss private dining options.

May I use the kitchen?2021-03-13T01:10:57+00:00

Unfortunately the kitchen is off-limits to our guests.

Is there anywhere to store food?2021-03-13T01:10:04+00:00

There is a small guest fridge located on the second floor.  Please remember to take you food with you when you check out!

Can I get some beer from the brewery?2021-03-13T01:08:59+00:00

Many of you are here to visit Kent Falls Brewing Company – you are, of course, welcome to visit the tasting room when it’s open.  If you are here when the tasting room is not open, please let us know and we will make arrangements to get your beer to you before you check out.

Do you allow smoking on the property?2021-03-13T01:05:21+00:00

We are a non-smoking Inn and there is no smoking on the property, other than in front of the Kent Falls Brewing tasting room, or on the back porch of the Inn.  Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly!

How many people can stay in a room?2021-03-13T01:04:16+00:00

Our rooms are not particularly large, so we only allow two adults to stay in a room.  If you have an infant or toddler, they are welcome to stay with you.  We don’t have any cribs available, but if you have a Pack-and-Play or similar item, that will work fine.  The King Room has the most floor space, and the Cedar Room is the only with a bathtub.

Do you allow pets?2021-03-13T01:02:26+00:00

Unfortunately, we don’t allow any pets in the Inn other than ADA-certified service animals.
