Anh loves to cook, and spends lots of time in the kitchen testing recipes and honing her skills! She specializes in Southeast Asian cooking, but has picked up some local Connecticut favorites as well.
Recently, Anh has started baking and is working her way through many different cakes, tarts, and breads, some of which are starting to appear at breakfast!
She received her professional training at the Community Culinary School of Northwestern CT, located in nearby New Milford, where she graduated first in her class. She has a Servsafe certification, and focuses on local and organic ingredients as much as possible.
